Update your mobile account

Unless you are moving to a region in which your current provider does not offer coverage, you should only need to update your address on your account. To find out if your provider offers coverage at your new home, to update your address, or to transfer your services click on the buttons below. 

Bell

1. Sign in to MyBell . If you do not have an account you can create one here.

2. Click MY PROFILE at the top of the page.

3. Click BILLINGS & SERVICE PROFILE.

4. Select the tab for your Mobility bill.

5. Click on teh billing address CHANGE button.

6. Enter your address and click SAVE.

Virgin mobile

VIRGIN MOBILE ACCOUNT

1. Log in to your  account. If you do not have an account you can create one here.

2. Make your changes and click SAVE.

VIRGIN MOBILE APP

1. Download and open the My Account App.

2. Click the MENU button in the top-left corner.

3. Click the MY PROFILE button, then select MY PROFILE.

3. To make anyu changes, click the EDIT button on the right.

4. Make your changes and then hit SAVE.

Telus

1.  Login to your account. If you do not have an account you can create one here.

2. Click the ACCOUNT tab.

3. Click CHANGE ADDRESS.

4. Enter the desired updates to your address.

5. Click CONFIRM.

6. Review your changes and then select when you would like your changes to take effect.

7. When you are finished, click SUBMIT.

Mountain View

1. Sign in to MyRogers account. If you do not have an account you can create one here.

2. Click MY PROFILE at the top of the page.

3. Click BILLINGS & SERVICE PROFILE.

4. Select the tab for your Mobility bill.

5. Click on the billing address CHANGE button.

6. Enter your address and click SAVE.

Koodo

1. Sign in to your  SelfServe account. If you do not have an account you can create one here.

2. Scroll down to OTHER HELPFUL LINKS.

3. Click CHANGE ADDRESS, or select MY PROFILE from the Self Serve drop-down menu.

4. Click CHANGE.

5. You can use the address lookup bar, or manually enter your address into the form. Click SUBMIT.

6. Verify your address again on the green verification page. Find the correct one and click SAVE.

7. You will return to MY PROFILE, where your address will be updated within 15 minutes.

Fido

1.  Login to your account. If you do not have an account you can create one here.

2. Click CHANGE ADDRESS in the Accounts Details section.

3. Fill out the applicable fields and follow the instructions.
